Terms of Use
Effective and last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Scope and acceptance
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of YourPDF.store. By using the Platform, creating an account, listing a product or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. Sellers also agree to the Seller Terms. Buyers also agree to the Buyer Terms and Refund and Complaints Policy.
2. Marketplace role
YourPDF.store provides marketplace, payment-integration, technical-delivery and support tools for downloadable digital products. Products are offered by independent sellers. The seller, not the Platform, is the contracting party responsible for the product, its description, intellectual-property rights, taxes, invoices, customer remedies and other obligations arising from the sale.
YourPDF.store is not the seller or publisher of seller-uploaded products and does not endorse every listing. The Platform may assist with technical delivery, complaints, refunds and enforcement of its rules.
3. Eligibility and accounts
- You must have legal capacity to enter into the relevant agreement.
- Seller accounts are available only to persons aged 18 or over.
- Seller accounts are intended for persons offering products in connection with a trade, business, craft, profession or other commercial activity. YourPDF.store is not intended for one-off private consumer-to-consumer sales.
- You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by a security failure attributable to the Platform.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Platform to:
- offer, upload, purchase or distribute illegal content;
- infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity or other rights;
- distribute malware, stolen credentials, deceptive files or harmful code;
- mislead buyers about a product, seller, price, compatibility or expected result;
- evade Platform fees, interfere with security, scrape restricted data or disrupt the service;
- use buyer or seller data for unrelated marketing without a lawful basis.
5. Listings and intellectual property
Sellers retain ownership of their content. A seller grants the Platform the limited licence described in the Seller Terms so that listings can be hosted, displayed, delivered and promoted. Buyers receive only the licence stated in the listing or, if none is stated, a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the purchased file. Purchase does not transfer copyright.
6. Prices, payments and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe on the connected seller account. YourPDF.store receives a platform fee. Digital delivery normally begins after successful payment confirmation and is sent to the email address supplied by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam or junk folders.
7. Consumer rights, refunds and complaints
Mandatory consumer rights cannot be excluded by these Terms. For digital content supplied immediately, a buyer may lose a statutory withdrawal right only where the legal requirements for prior express consent, acknowledgement and commencement of supply are met. Details are provided in the Buyer Terms and Refund and Complaints Policy.
Product complaints are primarily the seller's responsibility. YourPDF.store may forward messages, provide technical records, support a seller-approved refund or take action where a listing violates Platform rules or applicable law.
8. Content reports and moderation
Illegal content, infringement, fraud, privacy violations or other serious listing concerns may be reported through the contact form. A report should identify the exact product or URL and explain the legal or factual basis in enough detail for review.
The Platform may restrict, remove or disable access to content and may suspend or terminate accounts where reasonably necessary for legal, payment, security or policy reasons. Where required and reasonably possible, the affected user will receive an explanation. A moderation decision may be challenged by contacting support@yourpdf.store.
9. Service availability and changes
The Platform may be updated, interrupted or changed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent storage of listings or compatibility with every device or browser. Reasonable efforts will be made to preserve paid-order records and delivery functions.
10. Third-party services
The Platform relies on services including Stripe, hosting, email delivery, security tools and optional analytics. Their own terms and privacy notices may apply. YourPDF.store is not responsible for an outage or decision controlled solely by a third-party provider, but this does not limit rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that rule, YourPDF.store is not responsible for seller content, a seller's failure to meet legal obligations, indirect losses, lost profits or losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Any Platform liability is limited to losses directly caused by a breach attributable to the Platform.
12. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. The Platform may suspend access, unpublish products or terminate an account for material or repeated breaches, fraud, security risk, payment failure, unlawful activity or a binding authority request. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create material risk.
13. Changes to these Terms
Updated Terms will be posted with a revised date. Material changes affecting registered users may also be communicated through the Platform or by email where reasonably practical. Continued use after the effective date of an update constitutes acceptance, except where applicable law requires a different form of consent.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections available to consumers under the law of their country of residence. Before starting formal proceedings, users are encouraged to contact support so that the issue can be reviewed.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply. These Terms and the policies expressly incorporated into them form the agreement governing use of the Platform.
