Buyer Terms

1. Agreement

These Buyer Terms supplement the Terms of Use. By placing an order, you agree to these Buyer Terms and the Refund and Complaints Policy and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

2. Who sells the product

The product is sold by the independent seller identified before payment. The checkout displays the seller name, geographical address and available contact details obtained from the seller's connected Stripe account. YourPDF.store provides marketplace, payment-integration, technical-delivery and support tools. The seller is the contracting party responsible for the product and the sale.

Seller accounts are intended for persons offering products in connection with a trade, business, craft, profession or other commercial activity, as required by the Seller Terms.

3. Product information

Review the description, file type, compatibility information, licence terms and price before ordering. Product descriptions are supplied by sellers. Contact support before purchase if material information is unclear.

4. Orders and payments

You must provide a valid email address. Before Stripe Checkout opens, the Platform validates the required checkout confirmations on the server and records the accepted legal-text versions, timestamps and evidence associated with the order. Payment is processed securely by Stripe on the seller's connected account. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. YourPDF.store does not store complete card details.

5. Digital delivery

After successful payment, a download link is normally displayed and sent to the email address supplied at checkout. The email also confirms the seller details, accepted legal-text versions and immediate-delivery acknowledgement recorded for the order. Check spam and junk folders. Contact support if payment succeeds but delivery does not occur.

6. Licence and permitted use

Unless the listing states different licence terms, purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the file. You may not resell, redistribute, publish, share or claim ownership of the product. Copyright remains with the seller or other rights holder.

7. Immediate supply and withdrawal rights

Digital content is normally supplied immediately after payment. Where applicable law provides a withdrawal period, you may lose the right to withdraw once supply begins only if you have given prior express consent to immediate supply and acknowledged the resulting loss of the right. If the legal requirements for losing that right are not met, mandatory rights remain available.

8. Product conformity and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Buyer Terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to a remedy where digital content is not delivered, is corrupted, is materially different from its description or does not meet mandatory conformity requirements.

9. Refunds and complaints

Refund requests are reviewed primarily by the seller. YourPDF.store may forward the request, provide technical records and process a seller-approved refund through available tools. See the Refund and Complaints Policy for the procedure and examples.

10. Misuse

You may not misuse download links, attempt to obtain products without payment, file dishonest disputes, redistribute purchased content or interfere with the Platform or Stripe.

11. Platform responsibility

YourPDF.store is responsible for its own marketplace and delivery services but does not create or control seller products. Subject to mandatory law, the Platform is not responsible for a seller's content, advice, promised outcome or failure to meet the seller's obligations.

12. Complaints and contact

Submit order, delivery, product or refund issues through the contact form. Include the purchase email, product name, order information and a clear explanation. Operator details are provided in section 16 of the Terms of Use.
