Seller Terms
Effective and last updated: 1 July 2026
1. Agreement
These Seller Terms supplement the Terms of Use. By registering a seller account, listing a product or continuing to sell through YourPDF.store, you agree to both documents and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.
2. Seller eligibility and commercial status
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to sell the products you list. Seller accounts are intended only for persons acting in connection with a trade, business, craft, profession or other commercial activity. By registering, you confirm that your sales through the Platform are not one-off private consumer-to-consumer sales.
This requirement does not mean that you must operate through a company. A sole trader, self-employed person or individual conducting commercial or professional sales may use the Platform, subject to applicable registration, tax and consumer-law requirements.
3. Account information and Stripe onboarding
You must provide accurate account information and keep it current. Payment activation requires Stripe onboarding. Stripe collects and verifies identity, account, tax and payout information according to its own requirements. You must keep information held by Stripe accurate and complete.
4. Independent seller and contracting party
You are the seller and contracting party for every product you list. You determine the product, description and price, subject to Platform rules. You are responsible for pre-contract information, invoices or receipts, taxes, customer support, statutory remedies and other duties applicable to your sales.
5. Product rights
You warrant that you own or have all rights, permissions and licences required to upload, sell, market and deliver each product. You must not list content that infringes copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, confidentiality or other rights.
6. Licence to the Platform
While a listing is available, you grant the Platform a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, technically adapt, display, deliver and promote the listing, product cover, title, description and reasonable previews. This licence is limited to operating and promoting the Platform and the product. It ends within a reasonable period after removal, except for completed-order records, backups and materials retained for legal, security or dispute purposes.
7. Listing standards
Listings must be accurate, clear and not misleading. You must disclose the file type, material compatibility limits, licence restrictions and any other information a reasonable buyer needs before purchase. You may not list illegal content, malware, stolen data, deceptive schemes, infringing material or content that unlawfully endangers users.
8. Prices, fees and payments
Sales are processed as direct charges on your connected Stripe account. Stripe may deduct its fees, refunds, disputes and other amounts from that account. YourPDF.store receives the platform fee displayed in the applicable pricing information or seller dashboard. You must not route a Platform-originated transaction outside the Platform to avoid fees.
9. Delivery, support and complaints
The Platform provides technical delivery after payment confirmation. You remain responsible for the product and must respond to reasonable buyer questions and complaints. If a file is missing, corrupted, materially different from its description or legally non-conforming, you must provide an appropriate remedy required by law.
10. Refunds, withdrawal rights and disputes
You must comply with mandatory consumer rights. Where digital content is supplied immediately, loss of a withdrawal right depends on the legal requirements for express consent, acknowledgement and commencement of supply. You may approve full refunds through available Platform or Stripe tools. Stripe disputes and chargebacks may debit your connected account.
11. Taxes and records
You are responsible for determining and meeting tax, registration, accounting, invoicing and reporting obligations that apply to you and your customers. YourPDF.store does not provide individual tax or legal advice.
12. Buyer data
Buyer information may be used only for order fulfilment, support, refunds, disputes, fraud prevention and legal obligations. You must protect it and may not use it for unrelated marketing without a separate lawful basis.
13. Moderation, suspension and appeal
The Platform may reject, restrict or remove a listing and may suspend or terminate an account for legal, intellectual-property, payment, security or policy reasons. Immediate action may be taken where delay would create material risk. Where required and reasonably possible, the Platform will explain the main reason. You may challenge a decision by emailing support@yourpdf.store.
14. Seller warranties and liability
You are responsible for your products, listings, customer commitments and legal compliance. You must reimburse the Platform for direct losses, claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful content, infringement, fraud or material breach of these Seller Terms, except to the extent caused by the Platform.
15. Ending your seller account
You may stop listing products at any time, subject to completed orders, pending disputes and legal retention duties. Provisions concerning completed transactions, intellectual property, buyer data, liability, disputes and record retention survive account closure where necessary.
16. Changes and contact
Updates will be posted with a revised date and material changes may be communicated through the Platform or by email. Operator details and the main contact address are provided in section 16 of the Terms of Use.
