Description
I spent 15 years caring for my Mother who had Alzheimer's Disease. I noticed she was having sign's of Alzheimer's Disease in 2000. Then I realized my Mother was acting much like her Mother who passed away in 1990 with complications due to Alzheimer's Disease. There wasn't much known about it in 1990 so we were flying blind basically. By 2000, it had a name and some medications but no real guide as to how to treat them or what to expect. I'm the youngest in the family but I lost a sister in 2003 and a brother in 2011. Mother passed in 2015 and by that time, The exhaustion I felt was so overwhelming, I thought I would go before her. This is a very simple but practical guide on basic things to do so you don't burn out quickly.
